Every CVPR Main Conference paper MUST have at least one registered author (this can be a student).

All workshops/tutorials publishing with IEEE must have at least one registered author per paper (this can be a student).

All Passport Registrations include:

Admission to all technical sessions, all workshops, all tutorials, daily refreshment breaks, reception on Tuesday and one DVD copy of the proceedings.

Members and Non-Members Passports include:

A banquet ticket for Wednesday.

Students Passports (member and non-member):

DO NOT include a Wednesday banquet ticket, instead you will receive a ticket for the Student Reception on Wednesday night.

One day workshop/tutorial Pass:

Is only valid for one day (Monday, Friday or Saturday).

If you need a letter of invitation to apply for a US visa:

Please send the following to Nancy Levien (levien@usc.edu):
1) Your FULL name, including salutation (Mr, Ms, Mrs)
2) Your paper number
3) Whether you want a hard copy or a faxed version
4) Your Full mailing address and fax number (as appropriate)
5) Confirmation that you have registered for the conference:
a) Register
b) Print out/save the confirmation page and attach in your email to Nancy

We will not issue visa letters without confirmation that you have registered.
