Pretty much a normal day.

I participated in UCF's Summer 2010 Computer Vision REU program, where I worked on detecting objects moving in a scene as observed by a moving camera.

The system consisted of a two-part pipeline. The first portion consists of a Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) approach to recover both the camera's location within the world and a 3D map of that world. The second portion consists of monitoring the point-cloud of the scene to detect significant changes, namely movement of objects.
