Obituary: Orkun Alatas

August 16th, 1977 - September 3rd, 2005

It is with great sorrow and regret that we announce the demise of our research colleague and dear friend Orkun Alatas. Orkun passed away on the 3rd of September. He will always be remembered for his kind hearted and loving personality. The computer vision lab at UCF mourns this great loss and prays for his family and friends.
