Use ImageMagick for Unix. Look in
/usr/local/apps/ImageMagick-4.0.9/bin for the
binaries. "convert" can convert from one image format to
another, and can make mpegs or animated gifs out of groups of images.
display is like xv, but slower yet nicer.
