Research Experience for Undergraduates 2010
This summer, I worked in the computer vision lab under the supervision of Dr. Shah and his graduate student Amir Roshan Zamir.
Given a video, our goal was to plot the camera’s trajectory on Google Earth. We used Amir’s method for single image localization on selected frames from the video. Then, we used a series of pruning methods to remove incorrect matches. Finally, we sequenced the frames using an averaging of duplicated locations.
